Christopher Kinley of Kinley Legal will attending the STEP Asia conference in Singapore on 5th and 6th November 2019, promoting the Isle of Man alongside representatives of the Isle of Man Government and our partners in family office and corporate/trust services.
The Isle of Man’s Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) route remains open for a limited time only, and is for people with GBP200,000 or more to invest in setting up or acquiring a business in the Isle of Man who wish to live in the UK or Isle of Man. The Isle of Man Worker route offers businesses the chance to transfer staff to the Isle of Man on terms which are far better than those offered on the UK’s Tier 2 routes, and there is a route for Representatives of overseas businesses.
The Isle of Man is the closest British dependency to the UK, but is not part of it. It makes its own laws and immigration policy, but holders of Isle of Man visas are allowed to transit, visit and (often) live in the UK, and can apply for full British citizenship in due course.
If you are a South East Asian business or entrepreneur considering a move to the UK area and would like to find out more from a qualified Isle of Man immigration and corporate specialist advocate, get in touch by direct message – it would be good to meet you! Christopher Kinley is in Singapore all week, and is taking appointments for private meetings on 7th and 8th November 2019.
