Re-opening of Visa Application Centres

Kinley Legal is pleased that all its Hong Kong clients who submitted their Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) applications prior to lockdown have now received their visas and can prepare to move to the Isle of Man.

British Visa Application Centres around the world have started to re-open after the Coronavirus uncertainty, meaning that people considering a move to the Isle of Man can get their plans back on track.

Visa Application Centres in Hong Kong and several major Chinese cities have already re-opened, to be followed by others elsewhere in China and certain other Asian countries from 22 June.

Kinley Legal is helping clients who can now proceed with existing applications, but we are pleased to work with new clients to get applications ready for when other Visa Application Centres re-open.

The Isle of Man has not had any cases of Coronavirus for some time, and social distancing and other measures are set to end from 15 June. While the Island remains closed to visitors, new residents are currently able to cross the border subject to a 14-day self-isolation requirement.
