Congratulations to Kinley Legal director Christopher Kinley, who has been awarded rights of audience in the higher civil courts of England and Wales as a Solicitor Advocate, in addition to his Isle of Man rights of audience as an Advocate. He is now one of a limited number of Isle of Man-based lawyers able to see cases through in the English and Welsh courts.

We’re looking forward to expanding Kinley Legal’s practice areas in the near future, with a new focus on public law litigation for private clients, which will in particular complement our expertise in immigration and private client matters.
