Passport applications

We assist with applications for British, Irish and other international passports

Kinley Legal regularly advises clients on applications for Isle of Man, United Kingdom and other British passports, as well as assisting clients with the process of obtaining other international passports.

While most applications for renewals of British and Irish passports are straightforward and might not require legal advice, applications for a person’s first passport, or where a person has dual or multiple citizenship, can often be suprisingly complex. Kinley Legal can advise on which supporting documents should be provided, and whether a person applying for a first passport has everything required to prove their claim to citizenship.

We assist our clients with applications for the following passports:

Other countries

We regularly assist clients with the procedural aspects to obtain and renew passports for many other countries, as well as meeting their consular requirements. For many countries it is often possible to complete these requirements before one of our notaries in the Isle of Man, without having to travel to the country of origin or to an embassy or consulate in the UK.
