Partner and children of a British or settled person – 18 weeks
Business Migrant (Start up) and (Innovator) – 9 weeks
Visit – 6 weeks
Study – 4 weeks
Ukraine scheme – 4 weeks
Other visas – 9 weeks

For those already living in the Isle of Man or UK, applications to extend or switch visa categories follow slightly different timelines:
